I keep going back and forth between broad targeting and tighter filtering while trying to improve approval rate.
This test is mostly focused on Tier 1 with heavier mobile traffic.
My concern is that early over-filtering might reduce useful learning, but leaving things too broad can waste budget.
- Get enough data to see patterns
- Remove obvious weak spots
- Avoid changing too many variables at once
