I keep going back and forth between broad targeting and tighter filtering while trying to improve fill rate.
This test is mostly focused on Indonesia with heavier desktop traffic.
My concern is that early over-filtering might reduce useful learning, but leaving things too broad can waste budget.
- Get enough data to see patterns
- Remove obvious weak spots
- Avoid changing too many variables at once
