I wanted to suggest an improvement that could make the platform easier to use, especially for new or busy members.
My main idea is a cleaner onboarding checklist.
The reason I think this matters is that even small usability improvements can remove friction and help users get to value faster.
- Should be simple to understand
- Should reduce repeated support questions
- Should help both beginners and advanced users
