I launched or am about to launch a interstitial campaign and I am trying to build a cleaner starting structure.
My priority is balancing early testing with disciplined spend so I can learn fast without burning budget.
Right now I am unsure whether to split by device from the start or begin broader and narrow down after data comes in.
- Primary goal: fill rate
- Main region: Canada
- Biggest concern: CTR
