I am posting this in case someone else has run into the same issue. My signup process seems mostly complete, but one part of the account setup still looks unfinished.

The exact problem is related to payment profile setup.

I checked spam folders, refreshed the dashboard, and logged out and back in, but the issue still seems to be there.

1. Created the account and confirmed basic details
2. Tried the normal troubleshooting steps
3. Still not sure if I should wait longer or contact support directly

If anyone has a reliable checklist for the first-time setup process, please share it.
