Yes. Eplinx.com allows foreign (non-U.S. citizen/resident) advertisers/publishers and non-English sites in our ad marketplace. Advertising payments are processed through Payza (former AlertPay) and PayPal. As long as you have a payment method account, you can place ads on the Eplinx.com. If you do not have a account, contact our support desk for more information on how you can submit payment for advertising.

International Publishers (Website Owners) should note that all earnings payments are disbursed through many payment options and are paid on U.S. Dollar accounts. Eplinx.com does not disburse payments in foreign currencies at this time.
